You may apply for an Exchange or Return for a product or service within 7 days after you\u2019ve received it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conditions for Exchange\/Return and Refund:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be intact with tags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An exchange or return request must be done within 7 to 10 working days of the purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipts\/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Product is eligible for a single exchange only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund or Exchange facility is not applicable for products on<strong>\u00a0Flash Sale\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0Final Sale.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What if I lose the money receipt\/tags\/barcode?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will consider it if you lose the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so we can check your purchase history.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The exchange offer will no longer be valid anymore for any irreparable damage or bending of the tags or barcode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From where can I exchange the product?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For Online Purchase<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After purchasing any product(s) you can exchange it\/them at any of our Display Centers within 7 days of the receiving date. To find your nearest Display Center, please click here. You can also send us your product(s) by any courier service after consulting with our Service Center associate. After receiving the product, we will contact you and arrange the shipment of your exchange product. It should meet all the conditions specified in the Conditions for Exchange and Return section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note, if there is any problem from our side, we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds otherwise, the customer will have to bear the expenses of the return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For Purchase Made at the Display Center<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, we have ten Display Centers across Bangladesh. If there is any problem from our side we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds otherwise, the customer has to bear the expense for the return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with the reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
